1、Ensure the comfort andsafety of guests by providing room attendant everything necessary for smoothhousekeeping operation. Responsible to supervise the activities of the floor talentmaintain up to standard cleanliness of rooms, corridors and service areas.Responsible for reporting to Floor Manager when first line talent misconductand recommend corrective actions.

2、To document all daily activities and events such asguest complaints and habits in the logbook.

3、To attend to guest requests and complaints. Takes corrective action.

4、To check on the standard of "Turn down services".
中班主管检查夜床服务是否符合标准。
5、To ensure the cleanliness of guestrooms, and ensure maximum guestsatisfaction, adhering to the standard required by our hotel.

6、To perform secondary duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.And Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
执行行政管家及行政副管家所分配的其它次要的任务。
7、Record daily events in the logbook and follow up on previous informationreported by outgoing supervisor daily.
