Manage the Daily Laundry Operations: GuestLaundry, Uniform, and Linen

· To plan, organize and supervise the Laundry activities on a daily basis,Enforces policies andprocedures in relation to the Laundry, trains and directs all talent within thesection.

· Supervises and coordinates the activities of all laundry and valetpersonnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/dry cleaningand pressing items.

· Assists the Manager Laundry in supervising and coordinating allactivities within the section.

· Ensure that guest items and talent uniforms are operation.

· Properly cleaned and according to the corresponding laundry list.
根据洗衣单正确清洗衣物。
· Examine tears, stains and missing accessories due to processing and thatthese be remedied and replaced.

· Promptly and efficient collection and delivery.

· Maintains quality in cleaning and finishing and sees to it that systemsand procedures are being followed.

· Ensures that all equipment is used and being cleaned properly, refer tothe Laundry Manager any unusual sound or defects of the equipment.

· Maintains daily production report and sees to it that all equipment usedat its maximum output not necessarily over loading the same.

· Helps in marking, sorting, spotting, etc. whenever necessary.

· Ensures that the incoming shift is aware of the status of allassignments before the commencement of work.

· Checks and controls the quality of output from the Laundry as a whole.

· Ensures that the hotel linen and uniforms are properly processed at alltimes and that the section as a whole is profitable.

· In Informs guest of discrepancies in count, defects orstains in their items prior to laundry and dry cleaning.

· Responsible directly for the training and close supervision of all talents.

· Responsible for resolving all operational problems that occurs withinthe section.

· Make certain that all assignments are completed by the end of all talentshifts.

· Train new laundry talent in all operation and activities.

· Counsels, motivates and disciplines talent.,Delegates work to alllaundry personnel.

· Have a good Relationship with all colleagues.

· Works with laundry manager in the preparation and management of thedepartment’s budget and is aware of financial targets.
