To respond to job assignments in the repairing,installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all system so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimumcondition.
要及时进行维修,安装,预防维护,负责日常设备设施系统运行情况,保证设备在高效和经济的运行状态。

· Report the regular work to Electrical Supervisor and Duty Engineer.

General Duties
一般职责
· To execute all works assigned in accordance with theguideline and policies and procedures, especially in relation to fire and lifesafety.
按照酒店指导原则、规定和标准程序开展工作,特别要注意与消防生命安全程序有关的项目。
· To perform emergency duties as per outlined underemergency procedure.
在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作。
· Be familiar with all the electrical powerdistribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement andcharacteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
了解掌握酒店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性,严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。
· To attend on the job training.
进行在岗培训。
· To attend to guest request and complaints promptly andefficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安。
· To practice and make recommendations to engineer onenergy conservation improvement.
在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议。
· To perform all other duties as may be assigned by DIR ofENG, Asst. DIR of ENG
执行工程总监、副总监安排的其它工作。
· To assist the other trades where is requested.
必要时帮助工程部其它工种组工作。
· To inspect all electrical systems and make operationstatus records as per inspection list. To correct and report operationdeficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. Toconstantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance,to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease ofoperation and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturingrecommendations.
按照工作检查表检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷,不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式,保证设备长期稳定的运行,避免紧急修理和故障停机,同时保证安全运行、以及根据生产手册高效运行。
· To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep theworkplace cleans and tidy.
保持维修工具、设备和工作区域的清洁。
· To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary.
开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作。
· To coordinate with property and electrical bureau forpower switching and annual inspection and instruments calibration.
做好酒店和电业局的协调工作,保证酒店电力转换,年检和设备检定工作。
· To monitor preventive maintenance works done byelevator/escalator contractors.
对电梯、扶梯维修人人才作进行管理。

· Interacts in a positive way with other departments toensure a perfect guest experience.

· Supports operations and assists in achieving team memberand guest satisfaction goals.

· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reportedimmediately and rectified.

· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergencyand Bomb procedures.
充分熟悉各个部门的消防及紧急预案程序。
· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed,implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and talents.

· Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of allwithin the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence toexisting laws, statutes etc.

· Ensure all talents within the department work in a manner which issafe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

· Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits followingAccor Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimizeour impact on the environment and prevent pollution.

· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property anddata bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Accor Internet and Emailpolicy.

· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Talent information or transactions are keptconfidential during or after employment with the company.
