The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing the corporateaccounts or area of coverage assigned to him / her which includes makingregular calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts, negotiatingcontracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in orderto meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
负责管理公司客户和地区委派的任务,包括日常的销售拜访,发展新客户,谈判合同和与客户保持良好的工作关系以取得并超过整个酒店的预算目标。
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· The Sales Executive/BusinessDevelopment performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the AccorHotelsand hotels norms and internal regulations.
按照雅高酒店集团和酒店的标准以及酒店内部规章制度来执行工作任务。
· With Sales Manager plan salesstrategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.
与销售经理一起计划并执行销售策略,完成预算。
· Sell all facets of the hotel.
销售酒店的所有设施。
· Establish new business andmaintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution ofaction plans.
通过制定和执行工作方案来开发新业务客戶,维护现有业务客戶。
· Convert sales leads.
转化销售线索。
· Handle accounts/prospectsjointly with senior positions.
与高职位人才一起处理客户或可能成为客户的业务。
· Solicit and close businessaccording to established parameters.
根据建立起来的监测数据接收和拒绝业务。
· Conduct familiarizations andsite inspections.
执行使客人熟悉环境的现场考察活动。
· Maintain a regular sales callpattern.
保持定期的电话销售模式。
· Monitor competitive set andcommunicate tactical changes to Manager.
监测同档次酒店并与经理就策略的更改进行交流。
· Attend regular meetings.
参加例会。
· Entertain prospects andexisting key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate furthersales.
招待潜在客户和现有重要客户以获得业务和创造更多销售额。
· Report as required on salesactivities and successes.
按要求汇报销售工作和业绩。
· Participate in conductingclient interviews.
参加客户拜访。
· Maintain regular contract withthe Accor regional network of hotels and reservation center.
与所在区域内的雅高酒店集团成员和区域预订办公室保持定期联系。
· Monitor competitor activities.
监测竞争对手的工作。
· Build profile in market place.
在市场上创造声誉。
· Assist Sales Manager withcollateral distribution and direct mail campaigns.
协助销售经理分发宣传品和直邮广告。
· Develop and maintain contactwith business generators, meeting and convention planners, Visitors/ConventionBureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, GovernmentDepartments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
与业务供应方、会展策划人、游客或会展旅行代理、旅行社、航空公司、公司、政府部门及其它与酒店业务密切相关方建立和保持联系。
· Work in line with businessrequirements.
依照业务需求开展工作。
· Ensure that accountinformation confidentiality.
确保客户资料高度机密性。
· Complete all kinds of activity sales target.
完成各项即时性销售任务。
· Perform other related duties& special projects as assigned by the supervisor
随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。
MainComplexity/Critical Issues In The Job主要复杂/关键工作事项
· Achieve monthly budget goalsand new business targets.
每月实现预算目标和新的业务目标。
· Set up and maintain goodworking relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such asFront Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
建立和维护与酒店的各部门的良好工作关系,例如:前台、餐饮、财务和预订部门。
· Establish and maintainregional accounts.
建立和维护与所有的地区客户的联系。
· Establish territories to dosales blitz
建立闪电销售拜访活动区。
· Follow-up with clients before,during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
与客户在活动或者酒店居住期间的之前、之后保持联系,确保有再次的商业来往。
· Handle complaints and pass toDirector of Sales.
处理投诉,并提交给销售总监。
· Reporting sales activity andresult in daily or weekly sales meeting.
参加每日或每周销售例会并汇报销售成果及提出建议。
· Produces daily & weeklyproductivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lostbusiness, and corrective actions taken.
制作每天和每周销售报告,并初步确认预订及生意损失,并采取纠正措施。
· Attend various functions aswhen required.
参加所有需要的活动。
· Maintain familiarity with andanalyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.
保持熟悉并分析竞争酒店。
· Contribute to overall marketplan for the Hotel.
辅助酒店所有的市场计划。
· Participate in trainingprograms.
参加培训课程。
· React promptly to requests bythe Director of Sales for reports and other assignments.
对销售总监要求的报告和任务能快速的反映。
