To assist the Director of People & Culture inachieving Talent & Culture goals and objectives, particularly in the areasof learning & development,recruitment, personnel administration/records, and talent relations etc.

This position is responsible to oversee and manage thelearning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This positionwill ensure that all learning activities support AccorHotels philosophy ofcreating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognizedas talent and feels valued for their contribution.

The Learning and Development Manager will co-ordinate theactions of the hotel leaders and team in the elements of the Talent Journeyincluding but not limited to, Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection,Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management & Feedback, Learning& Development, Talent Potential Identification, Career Management, CultureDiversity & Inclusion, Policies & Procedures, Corporate SocialResponsibility and Satisfaction & Engagement with the objective ofproviding business support to all departments through collaboration andcoaching.

The Learning and Development Manager is to ensure thatall members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values andare consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving andanticipating guest needs.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
College degree or above
大专或以上学历
3 years or above experience in trainning personneladministration and management at 4 or 5 star international hotels
三年以上国际品牌酒店培训、人事管理工作的经验
Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英语能力
Be familiar withthe relevant national and local labor laws and regulations
熟悉国家和地方的劳动法律法规
With capability of communication and coordination
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairlyhandle matters
工作认真负责,作风正派,处事公正,有良好的素质
Well complete each work task designated at the aboveJob Responsibility
