Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Development of all budgets, forecasts and schedules in line with the hotel business plan
•Anage performance issues that arise within the respective operating departments,and solving those issues with effective action plan
•Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance
•Be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance. Nteract in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience
•Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding
•和酒店运营计划一致的情况下,提出并制定各项标准,回顾及规划
•整理各个餐饮部门出现的问题,并制作问题解决方案
•保客人和员工满意度的同时,确保市场竞争力和最大化的收益
•激励员工并达到酒店应有的标准。运用积极的方式与团队成员互动来确保顾客体验
•识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Minimum of 3 years food and beverage management experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
•strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketing.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to train and develop team members.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
•Excellent organizational skills.
