PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Monitor system use and security.
监控系统的使用和安全。
· Apply system upgrades; update the software to ensure we fight all viruses.
更新系统，更新软件以确保防治所有病毒攻击。
· Analysis of system problems, rectify errors (seek external assistance if required).
分析系统问题，纠正错误（在需要时寻求外部帮助）。
· Monitor system procedures used, record in daily log if necessary and revise where appropriate.
监控系统使用过程，在必要时记录在日志中，在需要的地方进行修改。
· Compile monthly system performance reports.
汇编每月系统工作情况报告。
· Monitor charges for hardware/software maintenance.
监控硬件/软件维护费用。
· Maintain integrity of data on system, ensuring the Daily Backup was completed successfully.
维持系统数据的正确可信，确保顺利。
· Install new Front and Back office modules and monitoring their progress. In addition, create the proper payroll format as required by the bank。
安装新的前厅和后场模块，监控它们的进度。按照银行要求设计合适的工资册格式。
· Coordinating needs to Departments, i.e., reporting, system use.
协调各部门的需要，如报告、系统使用等。
· Conduct training either in groups or on the spot to users.
成组或现场培训用户。
· Ensure adequate supplies of DP consumables (e.g. ribbons, computer paper, etc.)
确保电脑外围设备消耗品的充分供应（如色带、电脑用纸等）。
· Maintain adequate supplies of DP equipment (i.e. serial numbers, make, model, what software is on each P.C., etc.).
保持所有电脑外围设备的详细日志（如序列号、来源、型号、安装程序等等）。
