Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
· Drive the business.

· Assist in the creation of and work within the established Human Resources department budget.

· Monitor staffing and labor standards to manage costs.
监管员工编制与人力配置标准以管理成本。
· Mitigate financial risks associated with employee relations issues.
降低因雇佣关系引起的财务风险。
· Identify and analyses local compensation and benefits practices to ensure financial competitiveness.
识别和分析本地薪资福利水平,确保酒店提供的待遇具有同业竞争力。
· Create programs to foster teamwork and a positive work environment for all team members (example: all team meetings, team member recognition and celebration events, social committees, health fairs, etc.).
推出各种有利于团队协作的活动,为全体员工营造积极的工作氛围(如:全体员工会议、团队成员认可与庆祝活动、社团、健康活动等)。
· Educate and train leaders and employees on various topics, including performance management processes, progressive disciplinary processes, and related programs, to foster productivity and enhance performance.
为酒店领导层与员工提供各类教育与培训,包括绩效管理流程、递进式惩戒流程等相关课程,以此提高工作效率、提升绩效。
· Conduct new team member orientation by providing information on hotel or company standards, policies, procedures and team member benefit programs.
为新员工提供入职培训,让新员工了解酒店或公司的标准、政策规定、流程和员工福利待遇等信息。
· Ensure that hotel or company hiring standards and governmental regulations are followed in a timely manner for recruiting and selection processes.
确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准和政府法规。
· Plan and assign work of the Human Resources staff. Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with hotel or company rules and policies.
计划和分配人力资源部员工的工作。根据酒店或公司的规定和政策,对员工工资、工作规程或其它与人力资源相关的事务提出建议或初拟方案。
· Recommend and implement guest service strategies that engage colleagues to respond to changing guest needs.
建议并实施宾客服务战略,推动员工积极应对不断变化的宾客需求。
· Stay current on market trends and local changes that impact guest satisfaction.
实时掌握影响宾客满意度的市场趋势和本地行情变化。
· Make time to interact with guests to solicit feedback and build relationships to understand how team members can increase guest satisfaction.
抽时间与宾客进行互动,获取反馈,了解员工提升宾客满意度的渠道。
· Work with department managers to develop initiatives to achieve service behavior standards and drive continuous improvement in the guest experience.

· Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community and promote team member involvement in local community.

· Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and hotel or company policies and procedures.
确保遵守相关劳工法规及酒店或公司的政策与流程。
· Research and investigate all workplace issues to discover facts, identify potential risks to the hotel or company, and facilitate resolution through your employee relations programs.
对工作中发生的问题进行调查和研究,了解事实情况,即时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风险,并通过各类员工关系项目来推动问题的解决。
· Collect and maintain data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, and absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs, and supervisory issues.
收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计数据、旷工报告等数据,了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。
· In a union environment, may manage labor relations and represent the hotel in grievances, mediations, arbitrations and contract negotiation.
若酒店有工会组织,可能需要管理劳工关系事务,并代表酒店参与相关问题的调停、仲裁及合同协商工作。
· Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
可能需对酒店的安全负责,确保将偷窃、犯罪和其它风险降至最低。完成其它分配的任务,可能需要担任值班经理。
aCCOUNTABILITY责任范围
Typically manages multiple Human Resources professionals and/or administrative staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
· Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent plus 2 years of related experience in Human Resources.
人力资源专业学士及以上学历或同等资历,2年相关工作经验;
· Some supervisory experience also preferred. Professional HR designation preferred.
具有专业人力资源职称者优先考虑;
· Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all Human Resources-related matters.
需对所有人力资源事务进行保密;
· Must speak local language(s), other languages preferred.
必须掌握本地语言,能同时使用其它语言者优先;
· Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with employees, vendors, and corporate human resources and legal staff.
在与他人交互时需要大量使用沟通技能;显示有能力与员工、供应商、企业人力资源和法律人员打交道;
· Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, giving and receiving instructions, and training.

· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.
频繁使用问题解决、推理、激励、组织和培训能力等。
· Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.

· May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
