黄山横江湾凯悦酒店将于2024年第四季度开业
您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下,保持所在部门的高效营运,并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 通过适当的销售和营销计划确定酒店在当地市场中的定位,并确保酒店产品和服务同营销企划所创建的定位及品牌承诺相一致。
【任职要求】
 确保基本品牌标准的有效执行。
Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
 确保“凯悦温情”和 “餐饮宝典20条”的有效执行。
Ensures that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.
 根据神秘客人访察结果,确保相关改进措施的执行。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
 与其他厨师、餐饮部经理灵活、密切合作,致力于酒店的整体成功及客人的满意度。
Works closely with other Culinary Chef, Food and Beverage Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
 确保餐务部员工以支持和灵活的方式和“群策群力”的精神与其他部门合作。
Ensures that Stewarding associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
 在运营繁忙时,餐务部经理应出现在运营第一线,并参与运营。
Is hand - on and present at all times in the Operation, especially during busy periods.
 创建并严格控制所有运营设备、营业用品及备用品的存量,确保餐厅的顺畅运营。
Establishes and strictly controls inventories and par stocks in the operation for all operating equipment, Food and Beverage, FF&E items and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
 每月进行运营设备及营业用品盘点。
Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
 控制运营设备及营业用品的申请、储存及仔细使用所有设备和物品。
Controls the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
 就每日准备、服务及餐饮活动为员工召开班前沟通会。
Conducts daily pre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and F&B events.
 在每日运营及质量控制方面与餐饮部、厨务部密切配合。
Liaises with the Food and Beverage Department and Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
 确保为各餐厅提供洁净、干燥的运营设备。
Ensures that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.
 确保为食品准备区域提供洁净、干燥的厨房用具。
Ensures that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
 督导厨房及餐饮后场区域的夜间清洁承包商的工作。
Supervises night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas.
 确保严格遵守后场清洁计划和垃圾清运安排,并按所定标准清洁这些区域。
Ensures that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.
 对餐饮设备的需要有全面的知识和理解,并与姐妹酒店建立密切联系,以在需要时借用设备。
Has thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage equipment needs and network with sister hotels and other hotels to borrow equipment as and when needed.
 确保后场工作区域干净有序。
Ensures that the back-of-house areas are kept clean and organised.
