1. Operate and maintain all the equipment properly
维护确保所有设备能够正常运作
2. Use all of chemicals and equipment exactly and base on saving.

3. Responsible for providing adequate, up to hygiene standard and working normally equipment to kitchen and restaurant
根据卫生标准负责提供日常厨房餐厅运作使用的设备和餐具
4. Observe the standard and procedure set by steward
根据标准程序完成工作
5. To arrange staff working schedule according to the daily operation
根据日常运作安排员工排班
6. Responsible for perform task on the working schedule set by steward
根据排版要求完成工作任务
7. Familiarize steward operation manual, chemical list and cleaning procedure
熟悉管事部运作标准,化学用品以及清洁的程序
8. Report all happened , breakage and loss to supervisor steward at once
一旦有破损丢失餐具设备等要向主管报告
9. Working on time and wear clean uniform
准时上班保证干净的制服
10. Assisting supervisor steward to carry out monthly inventory
协助主管完成实施月度自检
11. Perform cleaning task in designed area according to cleaning checklist and working procedure set by steward
根据清洁检查表按照程序完成需要
12. Operating dishwashing machine, floor cleaner and the other equipment adroitly
保证洗碗机
13. To clean the floor and wall in the kitchen according to the cleaning procedure
根据清洁程序清洁地面和墙面
14. Cleaning garbage room and keep tidy
清洁垃圾房保持干净
15. Cleaning all food storeroom and utensils storeroom and keep neat
清洁所有食品储藏室保证干净
16. Responsible for restaurant and banquet buffet set-up
负责餐厅宴会的布菲摆台
岗位要求
1.熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格,懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法;
2.熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法,熟悉熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及操作方法,了解它们的维修保养放放;
3.有较强的责任心,工作认真踏实。
