Minimum one year working experience in Housekeeping Department of hotel or serviced residence;具有 1 年以上服务式公寓/酒店行业客房部工作经验；
Enthusiasm of serviced residence/hotel;热忠于服务式公寓/酒店的服务事业；
Responsible, careful, honest, reliable;有责任心，做事认真细致，诚实可靠；
Sense of initiative, ability to obey, team spirit;具有良好的主动性，并具有服从精神和团队精神； Ability to understand well, good communication skills;具有良好的理解能力、表达沟通能力；
Ability to work under pressure.能承受工作压力
