The electrician must have a certificate: with Intermediate Professional Qualification Certificate; secondary specialized diploma or above;电工必须持证上岗，具备中级职业资格证书及相关操作证，并且中专及以上学历；
Minimum two years experiences in hotels or property management companies, good at repairing and maintenance;有酒店或物业公司相关工作经验两年以上，动手能力强；
Good team organization ability and interpersonal communication skills: able to communicate effectively with internal and external departments;良好的团队组织能力和人际沟通技能，能够和公司内部和外部的部门进行有效的沟通；
Responsible, honest and good attitude;富有工作责任心，诚实可靠，态度良好；
Not colour-blind;不能是色盲；
Be able to work under pressure and in shifts.能承受工作压力，能够翻班
