Senior Maintenance Officer, Prada Rong Zhai

Job Summary/Purposes
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating all maintenance work & event support for Rong Zhai & Café.
Responsibilities
· Co-ordinate with Property Manager & Café Manager on all aspects of building management at Rong Zhai, typically focusing on building maintenance & protection during daily operation & retail event;
· Monitors performance and evaluates standards of building services such as maintenance, cleaning, security and landscaping in Rong Zhai & Café;
· Formulates and implements daily or special maintenance procedures, regular reviews and upgrades such procedures;
· Liaises with various contractors for maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping services and etc.;
· Preparing the Rong Zhai & Cafe yearly budget of maintenance, cleaning & furniture, monthly analysis to control the actual cost;
· Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
· Good negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
· Experienced working with restaurant would be an advantage.
