1. Develops and implement procedures for proper handling in and outgoing telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment, leasetelephone lines and other telecommunication services

2. Investigates complaints regarding the Telecommunication services andthe Operators and technicians, takes appropriate actions.
