MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The principal accountabilities and Key Result Areas of theincumbent will be as follows:

• Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of HumanResources Department.
协助人力资源总监进行人力资源部顺利有效运作;
• Plan and manage the recruitmentand selection of Team Members at the hotel.
规划和管理酒店团队成员的招聘和选拔。
• Establishand maintain excellent employment relations to improve work relationships,build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
建立并维持良好的雇佣纽带,以改善工作关系、鼓舞士气、提高劳动生产力和保持低离职率。
• Maintain a suitable climate of associates relations to achieve operatinggoals. Ensure all local and government legislation and HR Policy and Procedureis strictly adhered to.
建立良好的员工关系以完成酒店目标,保证严格执行所有本地政府及人力资源政策;
• Coordinate with all departments to advise line management and associateson all Human Resources matters.
同各部门有效沟通,为部门经理及员工提供人力资源方面建议。
• Work closely with TrainingAcademy and the Quality Assurance & Training function to drive learning and developmentactivities for Team Members.
与培训学院以及质量保证和培训职能部门密切合作,推动团队成员的学习和发展活动。
• Respondin a courteous and professional manner to the Team Members’ queries and provideassistance.
以平易近人的态度和专业的方式回答团队成员的疑问并提供帮助。
• Coach andcounsel Team Members.
指导和劝诫团队成员。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景资格
Tertiary Education at Degree level in HumanResources Management or Management from a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications.
来自认可机构的人力资源管理或管理学位水平的高等教育或同等资格。
Postgraduatequalifications would constitute a definite advantage.
拥有研究生学历将形成明显的优势。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• A minimumof 5 years of workingexperience in the Human Resources field.
至少 5年人力资源领域工作经验。
• Robustwork experience in the hospitality industry would constitute a definiteadvantage.
酒店业丰富的工作经验将构成一定的优势。
Pre-opening experience wouldconstitute a definite advantage.
拥有酒店筹开经验将形成明显的优势。
