MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The Chief Concierge is responsible foroverseeing the operations of Concierge department. The Chief Concierge mustempower this team to create memorable experiences for the hotel guests bydelivering genuine service with poise. The Chief Concierge must develop andmonitor the key metrics, develop training, coaching and succession planning toachieve guest satisfaction and financial targets.
礼宾司负责监督礼宾各个岗位的日常运作。礼宾司必须赋予整个团队为客人创建难忘经历的精神，为酒店客人提供真正有风度的服务。礼宾部经理必须开发和监测关键绩效指标，建立培训，辅导和保持成功的计划来实现客人满意度和财务目标。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• College Degree or above
大专及以上学历
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验。
• At least3 years hotel experience.
至少3年的酒店经验
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
熟练的中英文书写和口语表达能力
• Good resolve problem competency
良好的解决问题的能力
• Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
• Good skill of office word, excel, PPT
具备使用办公软件的能力。
• Good people skill
良好的为人处事技巧
• Les Clefs D’or member (Golden Keys) would be beneficial
拥有金钥匙协会会员身份者优先考虑
• A clean criminal record is a-must.
