MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Under the guidance of theDirector of Engineering or his delegate ensures that the Hotels equipment isoperated in accordance with TLCstandards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• Technical school graduate in any of engineering related trade or obtainvocational training plus four years of experience in related trade ofgraduation
技术学校任何工程相关专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上相关毕业专业四年经验。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验。
• Prefer 1 year supervisory experience.
有1年管理经验优先。
• Professional certification and license if required by law.
持有法律可能要求的职业证书和许可证。
• Knowledge and skills in all aspect of M&E works repair andmaintenance, as well as building maintenance.
具有机电维修，维护和锅炉维护知识和技能。
• Good resolve problem competency
良好的解决问题的能力
• Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
• Good skill of office word, excel, PPT
具备使用办公软件的能力。
• Good people skill
良好的为人处事技巧
• A clean criminal record is a-must.
