MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Assistthe SalesManagerin completing sales activities and sales call, complete the system’s tasksand administrative tasks of the Sales & Marketing Department, maintainthe tidiness of the office, and organize departmental activities.
协助销售经理完成销售活动及销售拜访。完成市场销售部系统工作和行政工作。维持办公室的整洁。组织部门活动。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• Universitydegree in Hotel Management preferred. Can be replaced by adequate experience.具有酒店管理专业本科优先，或具有相当丰富的工作经验
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Minimum 1year experience in Sales within an international hotel chain.
至少1年国际品牌酒店销售部工作经验。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Knowledgeand experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
掌握并具有互联网和主要电脑程序的应用的知识和经验。
• Abilityto use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
能够使用销售及前台软件。
• Knowledgeof local & international market.
了解本地市场和国际市场。
• Knowledgein Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales.
了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售。
• Excellentwritten and spoken Mandarin & English.
具备良好的中，英文读写能力
• Abilityto work independently and as a team.
