MAINPURPOSE主要职责
Efficientlyand accurately record and handle all reservation inquiries, and convert theminto successful sales when circumstances permit, ultimately achieving thehotel's goals. Provide telephone services and always offer polite, attentive,efficient and safe services to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
对所有预订询问进行高效准确的记录和处理，并在情况允许时转化为成功的销售，最终实现酒店的目标。提供电话服务并随时参照酒店标准为客人提供以礼貌、周到、高效并安全的服务。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
· College degreeor above, major in hotel management is preferred.
大专以上学历，酒店管理专业优先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
· Previousconcerned working experience is preferred. 1 year related experience or 6months experience in reservations/front office or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
具有相关工作经验者将会优先考虑，1年相关的工作经验，或6个月预订部或宾客服务中心经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
· Those with noexperience should possess a good appearance, a positive attitude, and thepotential to learn skills
无经验者需具有良好的外表与积极的态度，学习技能的潜力。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Demonstratedability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflectshighly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
具有完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
• Highproficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
熟练的中英文书写和口语表达能力。
• Master the useof the hotel's computer operating system.
掌握运用酒店电脑操作系统。
• Master theapplication of approved software.
掌握应用已批准的软件。\
• Have a basicunderstanding of the hotel and tourism industry.
对酒店和旅游行业有基本的了解。
• Have a basicunderstanding of the local market and competitors.
对本地市场及竞争者有基本了解。
• Good resolveproblem competency.
良好的解决问题的能力。
• Goodcommunication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
• Good skill ofoffice word, excel, PPT
