MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The Engineering supervisor is responsible for the effective repair and maintenance of all system equipment of thehotel, including kitchen and laundry equipment, other electrical and mechanicalequipment, meters and hotel decoration.
工程部主管负责酒店全部系统设备，包括厨房及洗衣房设备，其它机电设备仪表以及酒店装饰的有效维修和保养。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• Technical school graduate in any of engineering related trade or obtainvocational training plus four years of experience in related trade ofgraduation
技术学校任何工程相关专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上相关毕业专业四年经验。
• Hold electrician certificate or maintenance worker qualificationcertificate
持有电工证或维修工资质证书
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators is preferred.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验优先。
• 1 year EngineeringSupervisor experience is preferred.
拥有1年的工程部主管经验优先。
• Experience in mechanical and electrical equipment or strong and weakelectricity.
机电设备或强弱电方面均有丰富经验
• Exposure to industry that required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
• Professional certification and license if required by law.
持有法律可能要求的职业证书和许可证。
• Good resolve problem competency
良好的解决问题的能力
• Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
• Good skill of office word, excel, PPT
具备使用办公软件的能力。
• Good people skill
良好的为人处事技巧
• A clean criminal record is a-must.
