MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
To keep all equipment ingood repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance ofthe hotel under the direction of Engineering Management.
在工程管理部门指导下，进行酒店的日常修复，使设备处于良好的修复状态， 以尽量缩短停工期。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• Technical school graduate in any of engineering related trade or obtainvocational training plus four years of experience in related trade ofgraduation
技术学校任何工程相关专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上相关毕业专业四年经验。
• Hold electrician certificate or maintenance worker qualificationcertificate
持有电工证或维修工资质证书
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators is preferred.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验优先。
• Experience in mechanical and electrical equipment or strong and weakelectricity.
机电设备或强弱电方面均有丰富经验
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e.,Lockout Tagout, JSAs), Safety Awareness information (such as MSDS) operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, keep logs,and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and colleagues.
能读懂安全规则、安全知识资料、操作保养说明以及操作手册，能写日常报告、记录及信件，能有效地与客人和其他同事进行交谈。
• Exposure to industry that required high service standard.
