MAINPURPOSE主要职责
The Housekeeping Supervisoris responsible for the standard of cleanliness in rooms, corridor and toprovide excellent service to guests.
客房主管的工作职责为保持客房,走廊的清洁标准以及向宾客提供优质服务。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
· College degreeor above, major in hotel management is preferred.
大专以上学历，酒店管理专业优先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
· At least 2years hotel experience.
至少2年的酒店经验。
· Experience inhousekeeping floor,
在客房部楼层有丰富的工作经验
· Exposure to industrythat required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Good managementskill, organization and coordination skill, interpersonal communication skilland adaptability.
具有良好的管理能力，组织协调能力，人际沟通能力和应变能力.，掌握各类清洁用具的使用和保养方法
• Have strongsense of responsibility, meticulous, careful; set self as an example, willingto learn, to be enthusiasm and compassionate, focus on quality and efficiency.
富有责任心，工作细致、认真，为人表率，注重质量，讲究效率。
• Good ability totrain the subordinate knowledge and skills.
具有良好的培训下属知识及技能的能力。
• Familiar withthe national laws, regulations on guest room operation and hygiene requirements.
熟悉国家有关客房经营的法令、法规及卫生要求知识。
• Be good atleading and motivating the work of the subordinate employees and correctlyevaluating their work performance, effectively prepare the department stafftraining plans, and organize the implementation.
善于领导和激励下属员工的工作和正确评估员工的工作表现，有效地编制部门员工培训计划，并组织实施。
• Be familiarwith the work responsibilities, procedures and standards of all departments ofthe company.
熟悉本公司各部门的工作职责、程序和标准。
• Have a certainlevel of foreign language listening and speaking.
具备一定的外语听说水平。
• A cleancriminal record is a-must.
必须能提供无犯罪记录证明。
