MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Assist Director ofExcursion Experience & Spa to lead and play an instrumental role indeveloping the wellness elements of the brand which includes fitness, entertainment and excursion experience. To ensure the professional attitude of team members and provide the best in Guest Service that exceeds Guest expectations. To maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.Maintain all equipment in proper working and good working condition. Develop knowledge and competencies of subordinates by providing on-the-job training and coaching.
协助在地体验及水疗总监领导并在开发的健康元素（包括健身、娱乐、在地体验）中发挥重要作用。确保所有健身中心/在地体验的员工以专业的态度向客人提供最好的服务。保持各种设备的清洁卫生。维持所有设备的正常运作。通过提供在职培训和指导，以发展团队成员的知识和能力水平。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景资格
Tertiary education at Degree Level in Leisure Management from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
获得认证机构的休闲管理专业学位证书或同等资历证书。
A lifeguard certificate, veteran or firefighting certificate and fitness instructor certificate is preferred.
持救生员资格证、退伍军人或持消防证书、健身教练等专业证书优先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
Generalist background covering different aspects of REC.
康乐不同模块均有相关的工作背景。
Exposure to industry that required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
如有酒店行业工作经验者更佳。
Knowledge and experience with integrated wellness approaches.
整合康体方式的知识与经验。
Pre-opening resort experience is preferred.
度假村筹备开业经历优先。
