MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Assisting department head with the task of ensuring area’s standards and safety are not compromise for any reasons. Ensure there are team work in the department and equality in duties and responsibilities.
协助部门经理工作，确保服务区域内的标准和安全不因任何原因而背忽视。确保在团队内部的平等工作和责任承担。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景资格
High school, Secondary school or above
高中或中专以上学历。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
At least 3 years hotel experience.
至少3年的酒店经验。
Preferably with service experience in relevant industry
相关经验者优先。
Exposure to industry which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS其他专业要求
Passionate with good cooperation ability.
热情并具备良好的合作能力。
Self-starter with hands-on approach. Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Awareness and sensitivity to the concept of luxury and quality.

Proven record to use formal and informal structure and culture to achieve the organization objectives.
具备通过正式及非正式的策略和文化来达到组织的目标的能力。
Able to manage conflicting business priorities and to facilitate other departments on planning.
具备协调优先业务冲突的能力，并协助各部门制定好计划。
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
优秀的人际关系及影响力。
Analytical with reasonable level of numeracy with attention to details.
关注细节，合理水平的数字分析能力。
Good command of Chinese. Mandarin is a must.
良好的中文能力，普通话标准。
A clean criminal record is a-must.
