【岗位职责】Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the overall operation and operation of the housekeeping department; Assign and supervise the work of employees and formulate work plans.

2.Ensure that departmental costs and expenses are well controlled.

3.In accordance with the hotel's operating standards, rooms, facilities, equipment and items are inspected at any time.
根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。
4.Inspect the facilities and management of the housekeeping department, spot check and improve the overall work quality and work efficiency of the department.
检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。
【职位要求】Job Specs
1.More than 2 years of working experience in room management of the same star.
有2年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。
2.Familiar with the professional knowledge of housekeeping and proficient in the use of computers.
熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑
3.Proficiency in housekeeping, service processes, and quality standards.
掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
4.Have the ability to organize and coordinate, adapt to changes, and have the ability to express themselves in writing and information management.
具有组织协调能力、应变能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
