岗位职责:
1. 负责建设礼宾部所有的服务流程、标准(SOP)及管理制度,制定部门预算、工作计划与培训体系;
Be responsible for building all service processes, standards (SOP) and management systems of the concierge department, and formulating departmental budgets, work plans and training systems;
2. 负责礼宾部的系统化培训、排班与绩效考核;
Be responsible for the systematic training, scheduling and performance appraisal of the concierge department;
3. 监督所有礼宾服务的质量与效率,开发并维护与租车、旅游、快递等外部合作网络;
Supervise the quality and efficiency of all concierge services, develop and maintain external cooperation networks with car rental, tourism, courier and other industries;
4. 亲自督导并参与重要宾客(VIP)的抵离店接待流程,建立并维护重点宾客关系,提升宾客忠诚度;
Personally supervise and participate in the arrival and departure reception process of important guests (VIPs), establish and maintain key guest relationships, and enhance guest loyalty;
5. 高效协调客房、餐饮、销售等部门工作,负责礼宾部资产,合理控制部门运营成本。
Efficiently coordinate the work of housekeeping, catering, sales and other departments, be responsible for concierge department assets, and reasonably control departmental operating costs.
任职要求:
1. 年龄28-40周岁,大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理相关专业优先;
Aged 28-40, college degree or above, major in hotel management, tourism management or related fields is preferred;
2. 拥有3年以上高星级酒店礼宾或前厅服务经验,其中至少1年担任主管或经理职务;
With more than 3 years of high-star hotel concierge or front office service experience, including at least 1 year of supervisor or manager position;
3. 精通酒店礼宾服务全流程,熟悉本地交通、旅游商务信息,具备良好的沟通及外部资源协调能力;
Proficient in the full process of hotel concierge services, familiar with local transportation, tourism and business information, and have good communication and external resource coordination abilities;
4. 具备良好的客户关系处理技巧及应变能力,同时具备简单的英文沟通能力,形象气质佳,能代表酒店对外形象。
Possess good customer relationship handling skills and adaptability, simple English communication skills, good image and temperament, and can represent the hotel's external image.
