水乐园主管Water Park Supervisor

岗位职责
1. 全面负责水乐园(戏水区)的日常运营､安全管理及服务质量,是现场安全第一责任人。
Fully responsible for the daily operation, safety management and service quality of the water park (water play area), and is the first person responsible for on-site safety.
2. 监督救生员团队工作,确保全天候､无死角的安全监控与应急准备到位。
Supervise the work of the lifeguard team to ensure 24-hour, full-coverage safety monitoring and emergency preparation.
3. 负责水乐园水质检测､水处理系统及大型戏水设备的日常巡检､报修与维护协调。
Responsible for daily inspection, repair application and maintenance coordination of water quality testing, water treatment system and large-scale water play equipment in the water park.
4. 管理戏水区客用物品(如泳圈),策划并执行水上趣味活动或儿童照看服务。
Manage guest items in the water play area (such as swimming rings), plan and implement water fun activities or children's care services.
5. 负责救生员及服务员的排班､在岗培训与急救演练。
Responsible for scheduling, on-the-job training and first-aid drills of lifeguards and attendants.
6. 处理水乐园内的突发事件与客人投诉。
Handle emergencies and guest complaints in the water park.
任职要求
1. 年龄25-45周岁,大专及以上学历,体育或相关专业优先。
Aged 25-45, college degree or above, major in physical education or related fields is preferred.
2. 持有有效的救生员证､急救员证,具备两年以上大型水上乐园或泳池管理经验。
Hold valid lifeguard certificate and first-aider certificate, with more than two years of management experience in large water parks or swimming pools.
3. 精通水乐园安全运营规范､水质管理标准和急救流程,具备强大的风险预判和应急指挥能力。
Proficient in water park safety operation norms, water quality management standards and first-aid procedures, with strong risk prediction and emergency command capabilities.
4. 具备良好的团队领导力和沟通能力。
Good team leadership and communication skills.
