【岗位职责】
1、具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对会员安全负责。
2、做好游泳者的安全管理。
3、密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。
4、定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉游泳池，沙滩吧服务知识，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识。
2、需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。

【Job Requirements】
Be familiar with the service knowledge of swimming pools and beach bars, master swimming and lifesaving first aid techniques, and understand the knowledge of swimming hygiene and disinfection.Have water emergency rescue skills and professional knowledge of on - land artificial first aid, and be able to quickly and effectively implement first aid measures in the event of water or on - land accidents to ensure the safety of personnel.
