Tosupervise the operations of the Reservations Department during shift byassisting to co-ordinate operational plans to meet Hotel sales targets.Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust,Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the hotel and the brand ethos.

FINANCIAL RETURNS财务回报
· In absence of Manager, conducts shiftbriefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are know.
在经理不在的情况下,填写值班表以记录酒店的运行情况。
· Sell the InterContinental Hotels Groupproducts and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
熟练运用从高端销售和启发销售技巧积极销售洲际酒店集团的每一种产品和服务。
· Demonstrate an in depth knowledge andunderstanding of hotel systems – Opera FO and Holidex in particular, to ensureappropriate capture of data for client information., events, forecasts andresults.
深入了解背景知识特别是Opera前台和Holidex系统,确保能够准确从系统中获取客户,宴会信息,预测和结果。
· Assist the revenue team in achievingmaximum room rate, yield and conversions.
协助收入团队最大限度地达到高房价,高产量。
· Control rooms inventory includingallocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield.
控制房数和预留房,控制相关方面的房间预订从而最大限度地增加酒店的收入。
· Leading the reservations team to improvetheir up selling skills to improve average room rate and overall yieldpenetration.
带领预订团队不断提高从高端房价销售的技巧以至增加房价从而最终突破收入的记录。
· Promote the Hotel’s (and ICHG generally)products and services
推广洲际酒店集团的每一种产品和服务。
· Maintain a high level of product andservice knowledge about all ICHG Hotels in your region
熟悉本地区所有洲际酒店集团的产品知识。
· Develop and maintain a regular pattern ofsales calls
发展和维护常规电话销售模式。
· Prepare and execute action plans whichincrease reservation sales and associated business
为提高预订和相关业务制订并实施行动计划。
· Record and process reservations made byphone/fax/email.
电话/传真/电子邮件预订需准确输入预订系统。
· Accept wait list reservations
接受预订等待。
· Process amendments to reservations such asextensions, early departures, etc
处理延迟,早退等预订更改。
· Manage “no show” reservations byinvestigation and recording of same
调查并记录预抵未达预订。
· Record special billing arrangements forgroups and conventions
准确输入团队和会议团体的特殊付款方式
· Liaise with Front Office Manager orFinance Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval
有信贷要求的预订须与前厅部和财务部经理保持密切联系有效沟通。
· Maintain knowledge of special rates/offers/ promotions
高度了解所有特价/报价/推广价。
· Monitor reservation levels and informManagers of current and future occupancy rates
监控预订情况随时向经理汇报现在和将来的住房率。
· Prepare reports as requested (e.g. totravel agents, business houses etc)
按要求准备报告(如,旅行社,商务)
· Preparereservation sales reports
定期准备销售报告
· Preparation and management ofthe department’s budget and is aware of financial targets
明确了解财务目标,准备和管理部门预算。
· Recycles where-ever possibleand enforces cost saving measures to staff
