· Responsible for the safety and security of guests,employees and establishment needs.
· 负责酒店宾客、员工及设施的安全保卫工作。
· Implement procedures for security and emergencyincidents.
· 执行安全和紧急事件处理程序。
· In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with andguided by the hotel’s emergency plan.
· 发生火灾时，应熟知并按照酒店应急事件处理要求进行工作。
· Be familiar with location of fire alarms and firefighting equipment.
· 熟悉消防报警及灭火器材的位置。
· Maintain a good knowledge of the liquor act andcriminal code.
· 掌握有关酗酒及犯罪管理条理。
· Maintain a regular presence in public area or yourassigned post.
· 保持定期的在公共区域或所负责的岗位值勤。
· Prevent gambling on hotel premises .
· 禁止在酒店内赌博行为。
· Prevent Sabotage of hotel premises .
· 禁止毁坏酒店设施的行为。
· Patrol all areas including employee locker rooms,kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking and remote areas.
· 巡视酒店的所有区域，包括员工更衣室、厨房、餐饮库房、停车场及其他偏僻区域。
· Assist and maintain crowd control as required.
· 按照要求协助维持人群的正常秩序。
· Ensure all outlets, fridges, cupboards etc are fullysecured when not in use or unattended.
· 确保所有未被使用的电源插座、冰箱、厨柜等的安全。
· Take action according to the abnormal situation foundby the monitoring staff through the closed-circuit monitoring system.
· 根据监控值班员通过闭路监视系统发现的异常情况采取相应行动。
· Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotelpremises.
· 确保不受欢迎的人员不在酒店内或酒店周围出现。
· Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock andthat unauthorized vehicles are removed.
· 确保裝卸区无障碍，未经批准的车辆不得入内。
· Coordinate functions with other security staff orPolice and other government Securities and promote good will with them .
· 协调与其它保安人员、公安人员及政府其它安全部门的职能关系，并与他们发展良好的关系。
· Implement the hotel policies and procedures and adviseSuperiors and Human Resources of action taken.
· 执行酒店的各项规章制度并向上级领导和人力资源部通报执行情况。
· Report directly and explain with details if anyproblem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to superior or log book.
· 直接向上级领导汇报并详细解释发现的问题或损坏财产设备的情况或在工作日志中记录相关事宜。
· Be correct, secure and courteous in handling anydisciplinary or criminal case.
· 正确、安全、礼貌地处理各类违规及犯罪案件。
· Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehiclesand advise superior of same .
· 对于异常的行李、客人或车辆保持高度警惕，并向上级领导汇报相关情况。
· Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design,entry and exit points.
· 熟悉酒店布局、设计及出入口的情况。
· Engage in staff bag checks and locker checks asdirected by Human Resources.
· 按照酒店人力资源部的要求检查员工储物柜及其随身携带物品。
· Make way by escorting VIPs and dignitaries whendirected and direct traffic away from Porte Cochere and other busy thoroughfares .
· 按照指示对酒店重要客人及重要官员提供护卫，保证大堂及其它繁杂区域的交通秩序正常。
· Ensure that the safety control office is never leftunattended.
· 确保安全控制办公室无缺岗情况。
· Provide escort duty for money transfers to the GeneralCashier’s office or bank as required .
· 按照要求对酒店与银行之间的现金转移提供护卫。

· 发生火警时，熟练的运用酒店紧急情况预案指导疏散。
· Monitoring and prevention of crime on hotel premisesthrough CCTV .
· 通过监控器监视和防止酒店内的犯罪行为。
· Report any abnormal incidents detected through CCTV tothe Security Supervisor.
· 向保安主管汇报通过闭路监控发现的任何反常事件。
· Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotelpremises.
· 确保酒店范围内无闲杂人等。
· Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock andthat unauthorized vehicles are removed.
· 确保车库入口无障碍物，并移走乱停乱放的车辆。
· Report directly and explain with details if anyproblem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to superior or logbook .
· 当发现任何问题或设备出现故障时立即详细的向上级报告或在记录本上记录。
· Establish and maintain the effective employeerelations.
· 与同事建立并保持良好关系。
· Disallow trespasses into the control room unless beinginstructed.
· 非监控室人员不得随意进入监控室。
· Report any suspicion case to the superior formonitoring and investigation .
· 向上级报告任何可疑情况并进行监控和调查。
· Perform other duties as assigned.
