【岗位职责】
· Supervise and check the quality of room cleaning, ensure the staff can follow the correct procedures for cleaning, to avoid staff violations of the operation.
监督检查客房清洁质量,确保员工能按照正确的操作流程进行清洁工作,规避员工的违规操作。
· Responsible for placing all areas of the floor according to the correct items.
负责楼层各个区域按照正确的物品摆放进行摆放。
· Linen Maintenance, and quarterly inventory.
布草的维护 及季度盘点。
· Report all special events of the day to room manager.
汇报当天各类特殊事项上报客房经理。
· Do the Master Key Control, the day of the key sign and return statistics.
做好万能钥匙的管控,当天的钥匙签领及归还统计。
· Do a good job of room fixed physical management, quarterly inventory work.
做好客房固定物理管理,季度盘点工作。
· In accordance with the principles of fair and equitable distribution of the day required to clean the number of rooms.
按照公平公正原则,分配当日所需要清洁的客房量。
· Control room accurate room, if there is room status difference, the first report, find out the cause of the difference; according to the front desk sales demand, timely arrangements for cleaning all types of rooms.
把控客房准确房态,如有房态差异第一时间上报,查清差异原因;根据前台售卖需求,及时安排清洁各类房型房间。
· Memorize the daily VIP guest information, strictly control the room cleaning quality.
熟记每日VIP客人信息,严格把控客房清洁质量。
· Visit guests daily and collect guest history and guest comments; handle all special requests of guests.
每天拜访住店客人,并收集客人的客史资料及客人意见书;处理客人所有的特殊要求。
· Effectively manage the guest relics, do a good job of the day guest relics registration, guest relics regular processing.
有效管理客遗物品,做好当天客遗登记,客遗定期处理。
· Manage the warehouse, do the warehouse entry and exit registration, regularly inventory inventory of goods, maintain adequate inventory of guest supplies.
管理仓库,做好仓库进出登记,定期盘点物品库存量,保存充足的客用品存货量。
· Maintain effective communication with the front desk and provide feedback based on facts.
与前台保持有效沟通,根据事实合理反馈。
· Obey the work arrangement of superiors.
服从上级领导工作安排。
