Your future mission 岗位职责：
· Strictly controls inventories and par stocks in the operation for all operating equipment, Food and Beverage, FF&E items and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
严格控制库存，和固定设施的使用。并且确保所有的厨房都设施完善。
· Liaises with the Food and Beverage Department and Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
在每日运营和质量控制上，与餐饮部和厨务部保持良好的沟通。
· Ensures that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
保证为所有食品生产部门提供洁净和干燥的厨房用具。
· Supervises night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas.
监督夜间厨房清洁工作和餐饮部的后区区域。　
· Ensures that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.　
确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。
· Maintains and updates the Hygiene operating manual, chemical charts and cleaning chart for Talent Guidance.
为人才们维护和更新卫生操作手册,化学图表和清洁指导图。
· To monitor and implement for all F&B Hygiene related SOP & P&P.
监督和实施关于所有餐饮部的卫生相关的标准操作程序政策制度。
· Reports all accidents and issues within his department to executive chef.
向行政总厨报告他部门所有的事故和问题。
· Monitors daily all aspects of F&B related Hygiene in line with FSMS/HACCP and department standards.
按照FSMS、HACCP和部门的标准监控餐饮相关的日常卫生的各个方面。
· Conduct documented Supplier Hygiene Audits Together with Purchasing.
与采购部一起对供应商进行卫生审核。
· Liaises and conducts quarterly F&B / Hotel, food and water sample testing with third party hotel designated laboratory.
负责在指定的实验室与第三方酒店进行季度性餐饮/酒店、食物和水样品测试。
· Handle all communication concerning government hygiene departments; ensure the government’s instruction put into effect. Changed Hygiene related license.
定时更换卫生相关许可证。
· Conduct Hotel Hygiene knowledge training.
开展酒店卫生知识培训。
You are 岗位要求：
· Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
酒店或相关专业大专或以上学历。
· 5 years in industry experience, minimum 1 years as Chief Steward.
具有5年工作经验，至少要有1年的管事部经理工作经验。
· Communication skills for all levels of talent/guests, confident, clear English.
具备一定的沟通技巧、有英语基础。
· Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions.
具备一定的决策能力、解决问题的能力。
· Adaptable to use computer skill.
具备电脑操作技能。
