Your future mission 岗位职责:
· Provide a consistent room and bathroom product and service adjacent areas that meets the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and presentation and offering high quality service.
负责客房、浴室和相关区域的产品能符合酒店的清洁和规定标准及为客人提供高质量服务。
· Responsible for the cleanliness in floor public area and the tidiness of pantry.
负责楼层公共区域和工作间的卫生。
· Abide by Supervisor instruction and make up the urgent guestroom.
服从主管的指示,先整理紧急的房间。
· Clean guest room in the following order: early guests request, occupied room with make-up sign, arrival guest rooms, occupied rooms, check out rooms.
按以下顺序打扫房间:清早客人有要求的,住房有打扫房间标志的及已经预定了退房,住房,退房。
· Discover and collect guest preferences.
发现并收集客人喜好。
· To offer the service of polishing shoes and receiving guests’ laundry.
为客人提供擦鞋和收洗衣服务。
· Keeping appearance in good condition and pay attention to oneself behavior and keep smile toward guests.
注意仪容仪表,保持微笑。

You are 岗位要求:
· Experience in HSKP for 2 years will be preferred have floor management working experience.
具有客房部楼层的2年的工作经验。
· Familiarity Housekeeping chemicals and cleaning SOP.
了解客房清洁用品和工作标准。
· Skill to communicate and coordinate.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
· Good logic and operational capability.
