• Sell the AccorHotels Group products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
运用销售技巧和房间销售升级推广雅高酒店集团的产品和服务。
• Promote the Hotel’s products and services.
推销酒店的产品和服务。
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all Accor Hotels in your region.
充分了解所在地区的雅高酒店集团成员的产品和服务。
• Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email.
记录和处理通过电话、传真、电子邮件进行的预订。
• Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.
处理延期和提前离店等特殊情况的预订记录。
• Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.
对团队和会议的特别账单安排进行记录。
· Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions.
掌握关于特价、酬宾、促销活动的信息。
• Efficiency of guest service process and accuracy in fulfilling of guest requests.
确保对客服务的效率性,并确保满足客人需求的准确性。
• All calls direction to Service Center & Reservation will be action from within the “service request” or “service recovery” modules; the guest is not transferred.
确保为所有电话需求提供一站式服务,宾客电话不会被转出。
• Operates switchboard consoles, paging system, and computer equipment in accordance with departmental procedures.
熟练地操作服务中心与预订的控制台,呼叫系统,并与部门的计算机程序相联系。
• Implement with departmental functions of Room Service, Restaurant reservations, Housekeeping coordination, Fitness Centre reservations, and Engineering coordination are carried out efficiently.
高效协助客房餐饮、餐厅预订、客房部、健身中心预订及工程部的职能。
• Strictly keep of work safety, guests’ and Heartists’ data safety.
保证工作安全,客人和心艺家信息安全。
You are 岗位要求:
· Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
· Experience in a similar position of luxury hotel for 1 years will be preferred.
在奢华酒店内从事至少1年类似岗位的经验。
· PMS and Office software knowledge.
熟悉并掌握Opera酒店管理系统和各类办公软件。
· Skill to communicate and coordinate.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
· Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
· Good computer skill.
能熟练操作办公软件。
