· To respond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.
及时清洁责任区域并时刻保持其整洁。
· Clean the multi-function hall, lounge and office according to hotel standards.
根据酒店标准打扫多功能厅、休息室和办公室。
· To ensure cleaning equipment is in order and stored appropriately.
确保所有清洁器材正确摆放,并适当保存。
· To provide a courteous and professional service all times.
时刻提供礼貌和专业的服务。
· Greets and is courteous to all guests, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.
对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情,用眼睛交流并时刻提供帮助。
You are 岗位要求:
· Experience in Luxury Hotel for 2 years will be preferred have Public Area management working experience.
具有奢华酒店公共区域的2年的工作经验。
· Familiarity Housekeeping chemicals and cleaning SOP.
了解客房清洁用品和工作标准。
· Skill to communicate and coordinate.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
· Good logic and operational capability.
