· To assistant Manage the inventory of washing-up products and when stocks are expected to run out.
协助管事部经理管理库存的洗涤产品,当产品快用尽的时候及时报告。
· Organizes the washing-up area and tidies crockery and equipment in the storage area to avoid breakages.
规划好清洗区域,整理厨房设备防止损坏。
· Helps manage stocks of crockery and appliances, by informing his/her superior of any abnormal losses or breakages.
帮助管理库存的瓷器和设备,如有任何非正常损失或损坏及时通知直属上级。
· Respects recommended doses of cleaning products, thereby helping keep costs under control.
按照清洁剂推荐使用剂量来使用,以帮助控制成本。
· Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy, and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.
确保工作场所保持清洁和安全,遵守HACCP法规。
You are 岗位要求:
· Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in a similar position at Luxury and Grand hotels.
具有奢华或高端酒店同类职位的工作经验3年以上。
· Good oral and written communication skills.
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
· College degree or above.
大专及以上学历,
· Must be well-presented and professionally grooming all times .
始终保持良好和专业的形象。
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
注重细节,良好的人际交往能力。
