市场销售总监Director of Sales & Marketing

【岗位职责】
【 Job Responsibilities 】
1、制定并执行酒店年度销售策略及市场推广计划，确保完成营收目标；
Formulate and implement the hotel's annual sales strategy and marketing promotion plan to ensure the achievement of revenue targets;
2、负责开拓并维护客户资源，包括企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台及本地市场合作伙伴；
Be responsible for developing and maintaining customer resources, including enterprise customers, travel agencies, OTA platforms and local market partners;
3、分析市场趋势及竞争对手动态，及时调整销售策略以提升市场份额；
Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to increase market share;
4、带领销售团队完成客户开发、协议签订及后续关系维护工作；
Lead the sales team to complete customer development, agreement signing and subsequent relationship maintenance work;
5、统筹线上线下营销活动，包括品牌推广、促销方案及数字营销渠道优化；
Coordinate online and offline marketing activities, including brand promotion, promotional plans and optimization of digital marketing channels;
6、协调与酒店其他部门的合作，确保销售策略与运营服务无缝衔接；
Coordinate cooperation with other departments of the hotel to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies and operational services;
7、定期提交销售报告及业绩分析，为管理层提供决策支持。
Regularly submit sales reports and performance analyses to provide decision support for management.
【岗位要求】
【 Job Requirements】
1、具备酒店行业销售或市场相关经验，熟悉酒店运营及市场运作模式；
Have relevant experience in sales or marketing in the hotel industry, and be familiar with hotel operation and market operation models;
2、出色的商业敏感度及市场分析能力，能独立制定并落地销售计划；
Excellent business acumen and market analysis capabilities, capable of independently formulating and implementing sales plans;
3、优秀的沟通谈判技巧，能够高效开发及维护高价值客户资源；
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of efficiently developing and maintaining high-value customer resources;
4、具备团队管理经验，擅长激励和带领团队达成业绩目标；
Have team management experience and be good at motivating and leading the team to achieve performance targets;
5、熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店管理系统（如Opera等）；
Proficient in using Office software and hotel management systems such as Opera, etc.
6、结果导向，能适应高强度工作压力，具备灵活应变能力；
Result-oriented, able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure, and possess flexible adaptability;
7、英语沟通能力良好者优先。
