【岗位职责】
1、为市场销售总监提供专业、有力的支持,以达到战略目标。
Provide professional and powerful support to the director of marketing and sales to achieve strategic goals.
2、实施并发展部门和酒店的政策。
Implement and develop policies for the department and the hotel.
3、同市场销售总监和收益经理一同制定市场推广战略和促销活动。
Work with the director of marketing and sales and the revenue manager to formulate marketing promotion strategies and promotional activities.
4、通过发展并实施销售市场推广策略达到收益目标。
Achieve the revenue target by developing and implementing sales marketing promotion strategies.
5、根据外部环境可能对销售产生的因素,制定不同的方案。
Formulate different plans based on the factors that the external environment may have on sales.
6、根据市场变化趋势,寻找竞争优势,提高市场份额。
Based on the changing trends of the market, seek competitive advantages and increase market share.
7、分析市场机会,制定具体目标,发展并有效实施策略和计划。
Analyze market opportunities, set specific goals, develop and effectively implement strategies and plans.
8、根据酒店的住房及会议情况,评估市场机遇,并协助其他部门(如:餐饮部等)宣传和推广促销活动。
Based on the hotel's accommodation and conference conditions, assess market opportunities and assist other departments (such as the catering department, etc.) in promoting and publicizing promotional activities.
9、评估、掌握市场动态和趋势。
Evaluate and grasp market dynamics and trends.
10、制定销售目标,对于与实际完成销售任务的差额,如何采取补救措施。
Set sales targets and figure out how to take remedial measures for the gap between the actual sales tasks completed.
11、针对特殊客户群体制定特殊的市场销售方案。
Develop special marketing and sales plans for specific customer groups.
12、维护客户关系,了解客户需求,掌握服务技能、销售沟通技能,做好客户反馈。
Maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, master service skills and sales communication skills, and provide good customer feedback
