【岗位职责】
【 Job Responsibilities】
1、负责酒店前台的日常接待工作,包括为客人办理入住、退房手续,处理预订及变更需求;
Be responsible for the daily reception work at the hotel front desk, including handling check-in and check-out procedures for guests, and dealing with reservation and change requests.
2、解答客人咨询,提供酒店服务、周边设施及旅游信息,确保客人获得优质服务体验;
Answer guests' inquiries, provide hotel services, surrounding facilities and tourism information, and ensure that guests have a high-quality service experience.
3、准确收取房费、押金及其他费用,熟练操作酒店管理系统,确保账务清晰无误;
Accurately collect room charges, deposits and other fees, proficiently operate the hotel management system, and ensure clear and error-free accounts.
4、协助处理客人投诉及突发情况,及时反馈并协调相关部门解决;
Assist in handling guest complaints and emergencies, provide timely feedback and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution;
5、维护前台区域整洁有序,确保工作环境符合酒店标准;
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area and ensure that the working environment meets the hotel's standards.
6、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
【岗位要求】
【 Job Requirements】
1、高中及以上学历,专业不限,酒店管理或相关专业优先;
High school education or above, major not limited, hotel management or related majors preferred;
2、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力,能耐心、热情地对待每一位客人;
Have a good sense of service and communication skills, and be able to treat every guest patiently and enthusiastically.
3、普通话流利,具备基础英语沟通能力者优先;
Fluent in Mandarin and having basic English communication skills are preferred.
4、能适应倒班工作制(含夜班),具备较强的抗压能力;
Be able to adapt to the shift work system (including night shifts) and have strong stress resistance.
5、工作细致认真,责任心强,具备团队协作精神;
Work meticulously and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess a spirit of teamwork.
6、无经验者可接受培训,有酒店前台或服务行业经验者优先;
Those without experience are welcome to receive training. Candidates with experience in hotel front desks or the service industry are preferred.
