【岗位职责】
【 Job Responsibilities】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作,完成月度及年度销售指标;
Be responsible for the sales of hotel rooms, conferences, catering and other products, and complete the monthly and annual sales targets.
2、开发并维护客户资源,包括企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等,建立长期合作关系;
Develop and maintain customer resources, including enterprise customers, travel agencies, OTA platforms, etc., and establish long-term cooperative relationships;
3、定期拜访客户,了解市场需求及反馈,制定针对性的销售策略;
Regularly visit customers to understand market demands and feedback, and formulate targeted sales strategies;
4、协助策划并执行酒店促销活动,提升品牌影响力及市场占有率;
Assist in planning and implementing hotel promotional activities to enhance brand influence and market share;
5、收集市场及竞争对手信息,分析行业动态,为管理层提供决策支持;
Collect market and competitor information, analyze industry trends, and provide decision support for management;
6、处理客户预订、协议签订及后续服务跟进,确保客户满意度;
Handle customer reservations, agreement signing and follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction;
7、配合财务部门完成应收账款核对及催收工作。
Cooperate with the finance department to complete the verification and collection of accounts receivable.
【岗位要求】
【 Job Requirements】
1、中专及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先;
College degree or above, majoring in marketing, hotel management or related fields is preferred;
2、1年以上酒店销售或相关行业工作经验,熟悉酒店运营模式者优先;
More than 1 year of working experience in hotel sales or related industries. Those familiar with hotel operation models are preferred.
3、具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户谈判技巧,能独立完成销售任务;
Possess strong market development capabilities and customer negotiation skills, and be capable of independently completing sales tasks.
4、性格外向,沟通表达能力强,具备良好的服务意识及团队协作精神;
Outgoing personality, strong communication and expression skills, with a good sense of service and teamwork spirit;
5、能适应短期出差及弹性工作时间安排;
Be able to adapt to short-term business trips and flexible working hours.
6、熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店管理系统(如Opera等)。
Proficient in using Office software and hotel management systems such as Opera.
