· Consult with Sales peoples onrate/inventory suitability of all potential group business.

· Oversee the management ofgroup block activity. Ensure that group cut-off dates, rooming lists, groupblock activity (i.e., pick up, attrition) are being well managed.

· Prepare competitor set analyzereports daily (Average rate, occupancy, RevPar, Market Share, RPI).
