Oversee daily operations of the Executive Lounge, ensuring standardized and efficient service procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
负责行政酒廊日常运营管理，确保服务流程规范、高效，提升宾客满意度；
Supervise staff adherence to service standards, conduct regular skill training and assessments.
督导员工执行服务标准，定期进行服务技能培训与考核；
Manage lounge inventory, including stock audits, requisition processes, and cost control.
统筹酒廊物资管理，包括备品盘点、申购及成本控制；
Handle guest special requests and complaints, establish VIP guest profiles.
处理宾客特殊需求及投诉，建立VIP客户服务档案；
Coordinate cross-departmental workflows (e.g., F&B, Front Office) to optimize service flow.
协调餐饮部、前厅部等部门工作衔接，优化服务动线；
Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards per hotel SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
监督食品安全及卫生标准执行，确保符合酒店SOP要求。
