【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】
Be responsible for receiving, guiding, and serving VIP guests in the Chinese restaurant, ensuring a premium and comfortable dining experience.
负责中餐VIP客人的接待、引导及服务工作,确保客人获得尊贵、舒适的用餐体验
Familiarize with the dishes, beverages, and service procedures of the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, and provide professional recommendations and introductions to VIP guests.
熟悉酒店中餐厅的菜品、酒水及服务流程,能够为VIP客人提供专业的推荐和介绍
Assist in addressing special requests and complaints from VIP guests, providing timely feedback and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.协助处理VIP客人的特殊需求及投诉,及时反馈并协调相关部门解决
Maintain VIP customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
维护VIP客户关系,定期跟进客户反馈,提升客户满意度和忠诚度
Collaborate with the restaurant team to complete daily operational tasks, including pre-meal preparations, in-service support, and post-meal cleanup.
配合餐厅团队完成日常运营工作,包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后整理等
Adhere to the hotel’s service standards and operational procedures to ensure service quality and efficiency.
遵守酒店的服务标准及操作流程,确保服务质量和效率
