BASIC FUNCTION 基本职责
领导市场传讯团队，制定及执行市场推广计划，开展酒店宣传，树立和维护酒店公众形象。
Lead Marketing Communications Team, produces and implement a marketing plan which promotes. Builds and maintains prestigious image of the hotel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. 负责市场传讯部的日常管理工作：
In charge daily management work Marketing Communications Dept.:
1） 严格要求部门员工的日常行为并帮助员工提高工作技能。
Discipline reservation agents’ daily works and assist them improve working skills.
2） 通过有效的管理技巧鼓励员工和激发员工的工作积极性。
Encourage and work up employees’ enthusiasm by using effective management skills.
3） 安排员工班次，视情况安排员工加班及休假。
Arrange work shift, overtime and leave.
4） 完善部门各项管理规章制度，制定培训大纲，定期开展员工培训。
Improve policy and procedure of department. Make training plan and conduct trainings.
2. 开展酒店各项市场传讯工作 Develop work of MarCom. For hotel：
1） 按照酒店销售和市场计划编订公关活动方案。
According the plan of sales and marketing produces the public relations activities plan of hotel.
2） 给地方、地区传媒推送新的酒店信息。
Issued hotel information to media, included local, regional.
3） 处理相关文稿及信息收集。
Handle and collect the relevant documents and information.
4） 为酒店住客或新闻媒介按需提供公关服务。
Provide public service for hotel guests and media.
5） 撰写、编辑和检查酒店推广宣传资料。
Writing, edit and checked the information of hotel promotion.
6） 实施所有通过审批的广告宣传计划。
Implemented the marketing plan that the approved.
7） 酒店形象设计和推广。
Design and promoted the hotel image.
3. 维护酒店公共关系 Maintenance public relations of hotel：
1） 与新闻媒体建立良好关系并保持紧密联系。
Establish a good relationship with the news media and keep close contact.
2） 了解集团其他酒店公关活动情况。
Be aware the sister hotel public relations activities.
3） 出席有价值的庆典活动。
Attended the valuable celebration.
4） 代表酒店回应新闻、媒体的咨询。
On behalf of the hotel, respond to news media consultant.
5） 评估地方团体/慈善活动的价值，建议酒店参与。
Evaluate the activities in the value of the local community / charity, and to recommend the hotel to participate in.
6） 接待贵宾、记者、传媒、酒店业人员和公关人员。
Reception VIP, journalists, media, hotel staff and public relations personnel.
7） 安排团体参观酒店的事宜，并协助部门做好配合工作。
Arrange group visited hotel issues, and assist the departments to do a good job of work.
4. 协助市场销售总监工作，监督部门职员工作，保证市场传讯工作顺利完成。
Assist the DOSM, supervision dept. staff, ensure the successful completion of the work of marketing communications.
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
知识 Education Requirement
1. 学历要求：相关专业大学专科及以上
Academic requirement: colleague certification and above
2. 专业要求：传媒，广告，管理，营销等相关专业
Professional requirements: media, advertising, management, marketing and other related professional
3. 工作经验要求：三年以上相关职位工作经验
Working experience: at least three years related experience
技能 Skills
1）专业技能要求Professional Skills：
全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等信息。Be aware the facilities and equipment of hotel, all kinds of services, product characteristics, the hotel management and sales strategy information.
掌握新闻、广告、宣传等专业知识，熟悉营销和推广业务。
Be aware the news, advertising, publicity and other professional knowledge, familiar with marketing and promotion.
具有广泛的社交活动能力。Has a wide range of social activities.
熟练使用英语。Proficient use the English.
2）管理技能要求 Management Skills：
掌握酒店管理知识，掌握公共关系学、心理学、行为科学等基础知识。
Master the hotel management knowledge, master the basic knowledge of public relations, psychology, behavioral science.
具有较强的管理能力，熟悉本部门工作，能对下级进行有效的领导。
Has strong ability of management, familiar with the work of the Department, effective leadership on subordinates.
具有较强的判断、决策、创新和应变能力。
Have a strong judgment, decision making, innovation and ability.
具有较强的组织协调能力，能合理地安排本部门的人员工作，能协调各有关部门之间的关系
