BASIC FUNCTION 基本职责
协助市场销售总监管理宴会销售团队,保证宴会销售工作的顺利进行;参与讨论并制定市场销售计划,拟定酒店宴会销售的方针策略,提供市场竞争信息。
Assist the DOSM in management Event team; ensure the smooth progress of event working. Taking part in discussion and making decision on sales plan. Drawing up the sales guideline and proving information on marketing competition.Responsible for assisting DOSM in the planning, directing and managing the hotel’s portfolio of events ,and stimulating demand for social event to achieve budget and revenue plan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. 执行酒店确定的价格政策,明确不同时期的销售重点,组织销售人员有效地开展销售活动,完成销售指标。
Carry out the defined policy of Event rate, defined selling point in different periods, organizing sales to develop sales campaign effectively, complete the sales target.
2. 定期进行市场分析,报告市场动向,控制调整客源构成比例。
Conduct market analyses regularly, report the market trend, control constitution rate of customer source.
3. 接待重要客户,并商谈租约、合同等事项。
Receipt VIP, negotiate contract.
4. 不断发掘新客户,开拓新客源市场。
Keep uncovering new clients and markets.
5. 定期对有潜力的本地婚庆公司拜访,收集市场信息、意见和需求等资料。
Keeping sales call to potential accounts, such as wedding companies and etc. Collect market information, comments and related information.
6. 为到店贵宾做好接待安排,跟进通过销售部预订的客人。
Making a good reception for honored guest and following the sales account.
7. 关注相关投诉,并采取适当的办法解决。
Pay attention to complaints and take steps to solve.
8. 协助及协调部门内部对于主要客户来访的接待工作
Assist in coordinating internal department efforts for the reception of key client visits.
9. 针对主要客户和团体,计划和组织相关推广活动。
Aiming directly at main account and organization to plan and expand activity.
10. 建立和保存客户、销售和其它有关数据的资料库。
Set up the database and preserve the data of account and sale.
11. 定期评估和考察宴会销售人员的工作表现。
Evaluate the performance of event sales.
12. 制定部门培训计划,定期为团队成员开展培训。
Make training plan of room sales team, completing the training task regularly.
13. 协助由市场销售总监分配的各项任务,并协助其加强内部管理。
Administering each assigned task by DOSM, help strength internal management.
JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求
知识 Education qualifications
1) 学历要求:大学专科及以上
Academic requirement: College diploma or above.
2) 专业要求:市场营销,管理等相关专业
Major: Major in marketing, management or related field.
3) 工作经验要求:5年以上酒店销售工作经验及一定管理经验
Working experience requirement: at least five years working experience in hotel sales and some management experience.
