GENERALMISSION 职责概述
Underthe general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Manager, theTraining Officer will assist in planning, controlling, coordinating andparticipating hotel staff training. Manage and control hotel quality includingservice quality and staff service quality, improve staff service standards andimprove hotel quality.
在人力资源总监和培训质检经理的指导及管理下,培训主任将主要进行计划、控制、协调、参与酒店员工的培训活动。并负责管理和控制酒店质量,包含了服务和员工的服务标准,不断提升员工服务标准和最终提升全酒店的服务质量。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
Training Area培训方面:
1. Establishes hotel orientation,training, developing and evaluating systems.
建立酒店迎新培训,完善并评估培训系统。
2. Identifies training needs
分析培训需求。
3. Develops training programs
提高培训计划。
4. Establishes standard policies andprocedures for training
建立培训政策及程序标准。
5. Liaises with external resourcespersonnel
建立与外界培训资源的联络。
6. Ensure the staff compliance withhotel training policies and procedures
确保员工遵守酒店培训政策及程序。
7. Oversee staff hotel training andeffective staff management.
统一负责酒店的培训工作以保证对全体员工的有效管理。
8. Maintains and updates stafftraining records, policies and procedures and other training matters. Conducts Training Needs. Analysis for management and supervisory staffto identify and determine training needs.
管理和更新员工培训档案、酒店规章制度与工作程序以及其它培训文件进行培训需求调查,为管理层及主管员工分析及决定培训要求。

10. Analyses the data to determinepriorities for different categories of staff.

11. Sets objectives for all programsto be conducted for the year.

12. Prepares Training Plans for theHotel.

13. Develops internal Training programbased.

14. Identifies number of internaltrainers required.
寻找所需酒店内部培训教官。
15. Determines selection criteria forinternal.
制定内部挑选标准。
16. Management and supervisorytraining and General Programs Evaluates programs conducted

18. Schedules/runs trainers meeting.
