JOB OVERVIEW 职位描述
Responsible for supervising the stewarding operation during shift and for cleaning and maintaining food and beverage premises to high hygienic standards. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 在当班期间负责监督管事部的运营和清洁工作,确保餐饮物资达到高度卫生标准。遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1、In absence of Manager conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known. 在经理缺席时负责交班说明,确保了解酒店的各项活动和运营要求。
2、Supervises the receiving and storage of kitchen goods. 负责接收和存储厨房物品的管理工作。
3、Supervises the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment 监督厨房设备的清洁和存放。4、Works with Chief Stewarding in the preparation and management of the Department's budget 和管事部经理一起编制和管理部门预算。
5、Works with Supervisor in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget 和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
6、Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for team 保持高度的个人卫生并在小组中执行卫生标准。
7、Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs 监督管事部的各项职责,使部门成本控制到最低。
8、Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships 与员工和酒店其它部门建立并保持积极的工作关系。

1、Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum quality level of sanitation 监督管事部的各方面职责,使满意度达到最高水平。
2、Monitors local competitors and compare their operation with his operation 监测本地竞争对手,与他们的运营进行比较。
3、Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs 联系工程部员工安排预防性的维护维修。
4、Promote hotel and brand recognition within the Community. Encourage employees to participate positiv ely in local communities’ activities. 提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度,鼓励员工积极参与本地社区活动。
5、Ensure to obey the relevant local labour laws and hotel policy & procedure. 确保遵守相关劳工法规及酒店或公司的政策与流程。
6、Ensure the kitchen is maintained and meeting the hygiene standard at all times and safe food handling practices and hotel food safety system are followed. 随时保证厨房卫生达到最高的标准,了解、执行并遵守酒店食品安全系统和国家安全食品处理条例。
7、Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same. 了解职业卫生及安全政策和程序,建立意识并确保所有程序运作遵循此指导方针来安全进行。
JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求
1、Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field. 具有餐饮服务或相关领域的职业证书。
2、3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
