BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
在市场传讯经理的指导下，完成和协调酒店所有部门的设计和市场宣传推广工作。
Implement design and marketinginitiatives service for the hotel’s all department to assist with art
work generationby the MarCom. Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. 负责酒店广告设计、绘制、编辑等工作。
Hotel advertising design and editetc..
2. 负责酒店宣传资料的设计制作工作。
Responsible the hotel promotionalmaterials design.
3. 为酒店大型活动制作标语、横幅、指示牌、桌卡等。
Artwork for hotel important eventsuch as sign, banner, poster and tend card etc..
4. 负责酒店相关活动的会场布置设计工作，并协助完成安装工作。
Design for hotel activities andassist completed installation work.
5. 摄影：配合酒店各项推广和活动拍摄照片，并及时存档。
Photo shooting: photoshooting for hotel promotions and activities, file the photos in time.
6. 负责保存酒店图片档案，并建立档案信息。
Maintains hotel photo file andcreate the file information.
7. 相关部门推广所需的美术设计制作。
Artworkfor promotion of other dept.
8. 负责酒店的服务指南、酒店简介、广告画面、菜谱、请柬、纪念品、贺卡、信封信纸等相关用品的设计制作。
Design and production hotelservice directory, hotel introduction, advertising, menu, hotel giveaway,invitation card, greeting card, envelope and letterhead etc..
9. 协助品牌规范工作
Assist with brand standardspolicing
10.美工部设备的维护和管理，及时排除设备故障，保证日常工作的正常运作。
Maintain and manage the equipmentin MarCom., contact the supplier to repair the machines that are broken down,and make sure all work goes smoothly.
工作要求 JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. 知识Education Requirement
1）学历要求：相关专业大学专科及以上
Academicrequirement: colleague certification and above
2）专业要求：艺术设计类相关专业
Professional requirements: Art design and other relatedprofessional
3）工作经验要求：一年以上相关职位工作经验
Workingexperience: at least one year related experience
2. 技能 Skills
1) 熟悉美工工作流程，熟练运用等相关绘图软件。
Be familiar with artworkProcess, proficient in the use of 3DMAX、Photoshop、CorelDRAW、DreamWeaver etc.
2）了解印刷、写真、喷绘等制作工艺。
Be aware of presswork, printing and other production process
熟悉美术宣传品的制作，具有独立设计大型美工制品的能力。
Befamiliar with promotion process, ability to design large art products.
3）熟练运用数码相机摄影。
Can proficient in theuse of digital camera.
4）有强的想象力和创造力。
Strongimagination and creativity.
