BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
To supervise the operations of the Reservations Department during shift by assisting to co-ordinate operational plans to meet Hotel sales targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. Sell the products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
运用销售技巧和房间销售升级推广酒店的产品和服务。
2. Promote the Hotel’s products and services 推销酒店的产品和服务。
3. Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls.
发展和保持定期进行销售拜访的模式。
4. Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business.
准备和执行增加预订销售和相关业务的工作计划。
5. Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions.
掌握关于特价,优惠,促销活动的信息。
6. Prepare reservation sales reports. 准备预订销售报告。
7. Works with superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
8. Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates.
监测预订情况,并向经理通报目前和将来的入住率。
9. Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same.
调查和记录未按预订抵店的预订情况。
10. Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.
对团队和会议的特别账单安排进行记录。
11. Maintain an organized, cleanwork area and any accurate filing system.
保持工作区域的整洁,正确维护预订资料的归档工作。
12. To check all arrival bookingsto ensure guest details are updated accurately and appropriate amenities arearranged properly.
检查和更新所有预计抵店客人的预订信息,安排相应的服务。
13. Administer and processcommission program and vouchers of the hotel.
每天负责佣金管理和旅行社订房凭证的处理。
14. To ensure queues on internetare cleared everyday and insert bookings in to the PMS.
处理每天的通过因特网的预订,确保所有这些订房输入到酒店的电脑系统。
15. Assist with theReservation Manager in maintaining an updated and accurate profile managementin GCH.
协助预订部经理维护、更新GCH系统中的文档资料。
16. Assist Reservation Manager inco-coordinating weekly Reservation Meeting
协助预订部经理开好每周一次的预订部会议。
17. To review and dune-tuneexisting operation procedures so as to provide efficient service, accurateinformation to both internal and external customers, at the same time, tomaintain associate satisfaction.
不断改进现有的操作规程来为酒店内部和外部客人提供及时、有效的服务和准确的信息,同时保持员工的满意度。
