Responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel bar area, including beverage preparation, product quality control, and cost control.负责酒店酒吧区域的日常运营管理,包括酒水调制、出品质量把控及成本控制。Develop innovative cocktails and specialty drinks according to hotel brand standards, and regularly update the wine list.根据酒店品牌标准,研发创新鸡尾酒及特色饮品,定期更新酒单。Ensure efficient and smooth bar service processes, enhance guest experience, handle guest feedback and special needs.确保酒吧服务流程高效顺畅,提升宾客体验,处理宾客反馈及特殊需求。Manage bar inventory, regularly check drinks and materials, control losses, and optimize procurement plans.管理酒吧库存,定期盘点酒水及物料,控制损耗并优化采购计划。Train and guide the bartender team to enhance their professional skills and service awareness.培训及指导调酒师团队,提升团队专业技能与服务意识。Maintain bar equipment and environmental hygiene to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.维护酒吧设备及环境卫生,确保符合食品安全与卫生标准。Assist in planning and executing bar themed events or promotional plans to increase revenue and brand influence.协助策划并执行酒吧主题活动或促销方案,提升营收与品牌影响力。
Job requirements 【岗位要求】
Proficient in classic cocktail making techniques and possessing solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages (including spirits, wine, beer, etc.).熟练掌握经典鸡尾酒调制技法,具备扎实的酒水知识(包括烈酒、葡萄酒、啤酒等)。Strong innovation ability, able to independently design characteristic wine lists and implement them on the ground.具备较强的创新能力,能独立设计特色酒单并落地执行。Good service awareness and communication skills, able to flexibly respond to guest needs.良好的服务意识与沟通能力,能灵活应对宾客需求。Familiar with bar operation processes, including inventory management, cost accounting, and hygiene and safety standards.熟悉酒吧运营流程,包括库存管理、成本核算及卫生安全规范。Sensitive to industry trends, paying attention to emerging beverage culture and consumer preferences.对行业趋势敏感,关注新兴酒水文化与消费偏好。Can adapt to shift work system, including night and holiday scheduling.能适应轮班工作制,包括夜间及节假日排班。
